Great product! Purchased for my son's 10th Bday. He is loving it and I have to tell ya, so am I. Bike came missing fender bolt (sourced one at local hardware store) and with a deformed front tire. I emailed Razor and they were quick to respond with a solution to send me the proper bolt and a new front tire, met my expectations. Great company, awesome product for the money!

My 9 year old son loves it only had it 3 weeks but he rides it every chance he gets decent speed major problem we had is the chain keeps falling off since day one it has a chain tension on it and I tighten it all the way and the chain still comes off I had to finally rig it with some wire and thus far it's worked if not for this problem I would have probably given it 5 stars
