If you don't have this tool in your kit, you're missing something very important and basic.

Any telecom tech knows that Fluke makes the best tools. This punch down set by Fluke is the standard against which all other tools are measured. Your tool belt (or bag) is not complete, without this.
Great Dual Punch

This is perfect for both 66 and 110 punching with or without cutting. The screwdriver blades are fairly unused, but the hook works great for undoing some wiring. Durable since it is an impact punch. Might be a bit pricey for a punch, but generally can't go wrong with Fluke
Almost but not quite

The only reason I purchased is my Harris was misplaced or stolen. Just not the same quality as the Harris was. The impact is just not as punchy, although close, not enough to cut once every time. I'm still up in the air about the blade, I think it's not as cutty as the Harris.I'v e seen some replacement blades made out of the metal the Harris had, I am going to give that a try. Overall, it's one of the better punch tools on the market today, but... It's just not a Harris. I miss you Harris... *sad face*
I was disappointed with this tool

I was disappointed with this tool. I was recommended this punch down tool. Only to find that the new 110 and 66 blades it comes with did not cut the wire. The new blades were not sharp at all. Think twice before spending the money!
Good design and quality blades

Good design and quality blades, however the locking mechanism inside the punch doesn't seem to grab so when you go to punch, the blade just slides out. I used the blades in a Paladin Punch Tool and they secured fine, defiantly something wrong with the Fluke Punch Tool!
