We ordered as a birthday present for the 2 year old son of dear friends. Lots of rattling in the box, but all parts okay when I opened. I wanted to take care of the assembly and ordered several weeks in advance in case there were parts needed. Everything was in wonderful condition and arrived very quickly. 4 stars instead of 5 because of assembly instructions. A couple spare parts were in the box and I found out why. Diagrams not clear enough and had to take front loader assembly apart and redo. Apparently it's a common mistake. Hey Rolly Toys, have a non engineer help write the instructions! ;) Able to overcome this and we delivered to our "nephew" ready to ride and work. He loves it and spent most of the night showing off his new tractor to everyone.

Perfect for my 3 year old!!!! We love it!

Let me start by saying that this is a well-made toy. Our 3 year old boy loves it! A couple of gripes though: Our boy is a bit taller than most 3 year olds, and he is having a harder time extending his legs to pedal it. So, we wish the seat was adjustable for taller kids. Another minor gripe involves the fact that our boy loves to open the hood to pretend that he's checking the oil, and it's nice that the hood opens, but there's no decals or anything under the hood to resemble the look of an engine under there. Just plain, black plastic. Luckily, his Grammy is a graphic artist and will most likely paint it to look like an engine for him. And my last gripe is more of a "buyer beware": I received the item, opened the sealed box (they use packing tape), and found it was missing a wheel, a bushing for the front loader, and the entire, yellow, front loader scoop! My son's 3rd birthday was 3 days away, and the Amazon rep told me they could either refund my money, or send a replacement that would take 7 to 10 days to ship! I was livid!! Finally, I asked for a manager, and she told me, "No problem....We can ship it to you in 2 days...". So, lesson learned: As soon as a rep says "No", immediately & politely but firmly ask to speak with a manager. I got the replacement tractor the day before my son's birthday party, put it together that night after he went to sleep, and his eyes lit up when we gave it to him! And THAT is well worth the hassle!!

Little work to put together but my 2 year old grandson loves it! Just like the real one we have. So refreshing to learn they are NOT made in China!!!

Very well made, strong parts. The instructions could use a bit of work but if you take your time you'll get through it. My kids love playing with it.

Again, it's strong, not made in China, but Germany. The plastic pieces are pretty thick and this toy should last for years. Very nice!
