Not bad. Just tastes like smoke. I definitely prefer the hard type jerky. Soft jerky is gross. Buffalo Bill makes one of my favorite jerkies, this is not it. Comes in a big old plastic jar, cut extra thin, kind of spendy and tough as leather. Great for chewing on.

Though this jerky isn't marketed as a teriyaki style, it definitely tastes close to it. I prefer the drier, tougher jerky and this stuff is way too greasy, sweet and soft.
