This walnut oil tastes absolutely fantastic. I love it and I am using it to make great salad dressings with balsamic vinegar. The only issue, which does not in any way detract from the great quality of this product, is that I have now found La Tourangelle's very similar walnut oil for a great deal less money. The families who own the 2 manufacturer know and respect one another but La Tourangelle has distribution in the U.S. and so their product, of equal taste and quality is WAY less expensive. I am even now stocking it in my office for sale to me patients.

This oil was just what I had hoped. It is light, with a great flavor of walnut. Let your imagination run wild - salad dressing, add to veggies, anything!
