Super-sharp and ready for a precision cut.

Feather Razor is famous as the manufacturers of what are generally believed to be the sharpest blades on earth, the blades used to cut the flap in the human eye in Lasik eye surgery.
These general-purpose surgical scalpels aren't quite so sharp, but they are very sharp indeed.
I'm not a surgeon or a doctor. I will use these for non-medical craft and technical work for which they are excellent.
Scalpels are extremely sharp, but the trade-off is that their razor-edge is not durable. A scalpel can be used for just a few cuts in most materials. But what perfect and easy cuts they are.
I like these scalpels because they are individually-packaged and have a protector on the blade. You can carry them in a toolbox ready for when you need a super-sharp blade for a precision cut.
