This may be one of the BEST pastas out there. The mushroom flavor is subtle but wonderful. It goes with everything. We prefer it now no matter what kind sauce we are using. Al Dente is wonderfully slippery and not doughy. We love it enough to be subscribed to it. Don't want to be without it.
