This is so filling and delicious! I like it so much I even eat it in the summertime. The seasonings are delicious and a whole can turns out to be a good size for a meal -- not too much, not too little, and still room for bread or crackers if you want to use some. Plus, no added fats or sugars! It also takes to additions very nicely; I have added (at various times, not all at once) curry powder, hot sauce, falafel or vegetarian meat subs, or a dollop of non dairy yogurt (as a topping).

My one bit of advice -- if you don't have a sodium restriction, I would opt for the regular (full-sodium) version of this soup, which Amy's also makes. This one is a bit *too* light in sodium and I found myself reaching for the salt shaker.

Tastes great and love most of Amy's foods. This is my go-to soup to have with popcorn for dinner. Dont question my single-life eating habits....

Really great soup. This is such a convenient and healthy meal! I'll sometimes grab one for a quick breakfast, and it does a solid job. A light meal, a fortifying snack--this soup is just perfect.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with cans arriving dented, but this problem now seems to have been addressed.

As of Sept 30, 2017, the last two 12-packs arrived with perfect cans--no dents at all.

I tried to find this Low Sodium soup at the stores around my area and none was found. They just stock the regular non-low sodium soup. So I order from Amazon and it gets delivered to my door. How convenient is that? Super! I like to have something hot for breakfast but I'm not a eggs and bacon kinda gal. This soup is very good. Light taste and the taste doesn't linger in your mouth leaving a funny after taste. Wakes my stomach up so I can continue with my day. I will order more when I run out. I would recommend Amy's soups to everyone.

I had tried Amy's Low Salt Lentil Soup and loved it. When I saw this version with added vegetables, I placed an order. Usually, I scan the ingredient list, but didn't do so on this purchase. Unfortunately, the recipe contains garlic, which is not one of my favorite seasonings. The soup itself is great and maybe I'm just overly sensitive, but the garlic flavor seems pronounced. I'll be sticking with the plain lentil option.

Other reviewers mentioned receiving cans which were damaged or dented. I've not had this problem with my orders - just an FYI.
