These tasted awful. Very artificial and not at all like Salt & Vinegar. What I may try tho, is to crush them up and season for a no carb breading.

They have an odd flavor. They smell a bit like vinegar, but they don't taste like it. They stick to my teeth like no other pork rind. I regret this purchase.

Seriously love these things and they're exactly what I was hoping for. With a lot of pork rinds you'll get a whole lot of seasoning and hardly any of that good ol pork flavor comes through and I was worried what I would get honestly. Lets be honest here, Salt and Vinegar chips is more about the salt and vinegar and less about the chip. Based on reviews it seemed these were very light on the flavor department.
Well, I don't know exactly what these experts in snack eating were looking for because these deliver exactly what I wanted first, a pork rind! The flavor is great. If they weren't so crunchy, you'd think they just came out of the oven. The smokey pork flavor is absolutely there and the salt and vinegar flavor is there, but it's very subtle. The pork definitely wins the battle of flavors here. That's a great thing for me, you'll have to decide if that works for you.
Great flavor, okay price. I'm happy as a clam, and I love that these came almost a week earlier than the shipping indicated it would. I will be buying these again. No doubt about that.
