If you don't have a box in the house you need some. Band-Aid has always made a high quality product. This seems to be the size that never gets included in the mixed boxes of band aids so having a box around makes sense. The price here on Amazon is much better than I was able to find in the retail stores.

Excellent for the price considering I have paid almost that much for one bandage and these packages have 10 in them and just as good. My husband uses them to stabilize his G Tube for feeding, as all it take is a good coughing spree for it to come out. I have had to have the tube replaced 3 times for him in almost 3 years and bandages are a much more affordable and convenient method. I just ordered a G Tube belt and hopefully that will eliminate the bandages or just be an extra security measure.

I ordered the "comfort flex" material -- which is what is in the picture. What I received was the "quiltvent" -- which has a very different adhesive. The packages that say "quiltvent" on them have a disgusting, plasticy, shiny adhesive that I am allergic to. I really wish that this was the correct item -- it is totally a different material.

Somehow I received a lower back abrasion while I was hiking. The area came just at my panty line and was very uncomfortable. I could not find a bandaid that fit well. Regular band aids were if no use, much too small, and the largest bandaid I could find at the store was still too small. I checked on Amazon and voila, here was the perfect size. The abrasion was not perfect in size, of course, very irregular in shape, but this bandaid fit very well. The band aid center is quite soft, and applies easily, the sticky part, really sticks. In fact when I removed it, I was very careful, because it had quite a grip. No visible marks left, however. The bandaid is 4L by 3W and the center pad is 3L x 2W.
If you have children or grandchildren, this is a a perfect size for most occasions. I could not find these in any drugstore, so better order from Amazon.

I have such thin sensitive skin, I must be very careful just what adhesive it put on this skin. The new Bandaid Comfort flex style does not suit my skin at all. No one in town is carrying this original style, so I feel fortunate to find them still being made and sold on Amazon. As a matter of fact the very best adhesive level for my wounds is the Bandaid Clear type. In a regular bandaid those are all I use and would wish this large bandage came with the Clear adhesive.
