I would give a zero if I could. This is the worst product. I followed instructions perfectly and it completely fried my hair, to the point I had to cut my hair off! The damage wasn't apparent right after, but starting the next day and the days after my hair started falling out and breaking off then it just looked totally fried. I should have known better than to use this.
My advise, if you want straight hair there are better ways, even if it costs more. However, I would take how my hair was before back any day after dealing with what's it's like after using this.

Perfect! I have thick thick hair, course and frizzy. This product works! Follow the directions carefully and don't exceed the recommended time. My hair is past my waist so I got two boxes!

Did NOT work. Waste of money, waste of time and SMELLS worse then any hair product ive ever used. Stunk up my whole house even though I used it in a very well ventilated room. Oh and the smell took 2 weeks to get out of my hair!

My hair was left dry and frizzy. A lot of my hair broke off at the ends. I do not recommend this product. It doesn't work and leaves your hair a mess.
