Gave this to our 5 year old one year ago. The review from a dad who made up a game with it is great. He also lays out the mat and puts baseball cards in each position. It's gotten a lot of use and so after one year one character has broken (a batter's arm fell off but hot glued back together and he doesn't care). We used as cake toppers this year but he wanted to put them a whole team in the field. I used 2 cookie sheets for the cake so that the characters wouldn't be disproportionately big compared to the bases etc. He LOVES this toy! They're pretty sturdy pieces, too.

My son received these for Christmas and it's his favorite toy. He can play with this for hours and not get bored and has used it daily since receiving it. I love that it's completely up to him how he sets up his game; it is imagination at work!

Awesome. My son loves these and plays with them all the time during baseball season. He was 3 when we got them but plays with them now that he's 5 and will probably for a few more years at least. I think the scoreboard stand broke (was probably stepped on) but he still uses it by propping it up against something. For the last year or so he's been able to pack it back up by himself -- when he was 3 it was a struggle so he had to ask for help. Love how it packs up so nice and clean.

This was bought for my grandson. He already had the soccer team set and was hoping for the baseball team. He had some dental work done and this was special pick me up gift. It did the job and he's so excited. Plays with it all the time and it's great to hVe s case to put all the pieces in one place. He's 5 years old.
