good harness. so hard to choose from all the variety. Fits over your child like a vest...if you will. Two straps to hook the vest to something else and a leash come with it. Not a bad little unit except if your child is old enough they may be adept enough to figure out to release the harness. Still like it better than some of the alternatives on the market.
Great if you get all the pieces. Buy new.

Probably would have been 5 stars if all 4 pieces were in the box. I got a repackaged one that says it was inspected be Amazon warehouse but it was missing the tether. The harness and safety straps look to be decent quality. All single stitched ends except center back belt level. That one is more secure 4 sided stitching. It'll probably be good for more than a couple years if we don't get too rough and scrape the stitching. Typical light duty nylon webbing. All plastic clips, connectors and size adjusters. One metal snap on upper chest strap.

I've bought this twice. It is nice quality but the reason I keep wishing I hadn't bought it either time is the weird way the harness connects to the straps. Won't buy it again after this.

Like others have said, the tether straps that are meant to be attached to a shopping cart, high chair, etc, have no loops at the end so there is no way to attach them. Pretty disappointing but there are few other options so we're going to rig it to make it work.

The Baby Buddy Deluxe Secure Harness is a cheap piece of..... I received it yesterday and am EXTREMELY disappointed with it's quality. All of the plastic components look and feel like they will break if they are put under any strain, it's just to keep my child safe so it's sturdiness and reliability are very important.
The real kicker is that it was broken when I removed it from the packaging and I know it was packed that way because the pieces that were broken off were not in the package with the harness. I will repair it myself because it will be easier and more than likely cheaper. I also know that if I replace the parts (the clasp that actually holds the harness on my daughter) I will replace it with much better quality parts than what it came with. Very dissapointed!
