This is quite nice. If I cannot get to sleep at night, I heat up an equal mix of water and milk, then drop in the bag for 4 minutes, and I'm usually asleep within 15 minutes.

There are many chamomile teas out there and many of them are just fine, this is just the one I prefer. I like the subtle flavor and my tummy likes it too! It also is calming for me to drink before bed.
