It is a tad too orange-y for my tastes. The decaf part of it seems fine and does not affect the taste one way or another. My introduction to taste was Starbuck's Chai latte and my search for a favorite cup of just-tea (no milk or sweetener) continues. Starbuck's Tazo bags became my favorite, then recently I enjoyed Teavana's chai. And in-between I enjoyed the Christmas or Double Chai from Stash. Stash's double-Chai is the best stand-by, in my search for the perfect tea-bag for Chai. I'm still looking.

Can't get enough of this tea it's delicious! I can't find this at the grocery store so I turned to Amazon. I originally purchased one box and then I purchased another box and then said heck with it, I'm just gonna get a six pack! I'm already on my fourth box of that. I will buy more from this supplier. Came in a nice protected box and the tea is fresh.

I like the tea. I have ordered the six-pack box several times from Amazon. However, the most recent time that I have tried to order the six-pack of chai tea, I received a six-pack of six different teas--one chai and five others. I re-ordered and the same thing happened. I called customer service and the very interested representative tried to figure out what the problem was. I suspected that item numbers were the issue since the same error occurred both times. I am now afraid to re-order for fear of the same thing happening. The representative assured me that someone would read her notes, the item would be pulled from the website, and the problem would be corrected. I am skeptical. I may just have to order directly from the Bigelow website . . . I don't even want to include the product link since I am not sure it would lead to the correct item.

My favorite tea...slightly stronger bergamot flavor than Twinnings. Clean and crisp scent. Not fruity like Stash. Great with my Biscoff habit :)

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The picture shows 3 boxes, which for $11 would be a good deal. Don't be fooled -- it's only 1 box with 20 bags. Not such a good deal!! Also, not surprisingly, the seller's policy is no returns. (Also, mine came crushed.)
