I get a lot of lower back pain when I do gardening that requires a lot of ground work. This stuff works better than ibuprofen, although it takes about an hour to start working for me, but once it does it makes it so I can walk around normally.
I have taken them for over 30 years & work the best out of any pain pills out there.

Arrived fast which is good because I needed them. Works good for my lower back pain and helps me get through the work day. Helps to reduce the knots and cringing in my back while I am at work so I can do my job quicker and better. Allows me to be more flexible and bend further to reach the things I need.

I have a little back pain due to being on my feet 12 hours a day and bending over a lot during work. I decided to try this based off of all the "5 star" reviews I read (which are probably fake). I took the recommended dosage and they did not help at all. I had much better luck with my back issue using Excedrin.
