I'm a 5'9 female and I've always struggled with not only putting on weight but also with being hungry. I LIVE by this mass gainer. It's been 3 weeks and I've already gained 7 pounds which for me is insane. I started off with 2 scoops a day, one in the afternoon and one after dinner but I've been eating a lot more recently so I knocked it down to 1 scoop a day. My only complaint is that 8/10 times if I drink it too fast I'll get unbearably nauseous for about 45 mins. I have to drink it over the course of about an hour or I'll suffer. I haven't seen any other reviews that mention nausea though so maybe it's just me. Either way this mass gainer seriously works.

Do not get the mutant 2500 calories because by weight it's basically the same calories . And the mutants makes me nauseous this product doesn't it's the only product that works and that I can bear drinking 2 times a day. I'm a very hard gainer in my first month I already gained 12 lbs will update with further use. I tried everything from creatine to protein shakes this is what will put on lbs trust me.
