Bought these for travel for my 6lb kitten. Too small and too little litter. Too shallow. Might work for Really Young kittens.
I found a disposable aluminum baking pan worked much better. It was deeper and a zip lock of cat litter completes it.

Thin trays that break

The litter is okay. The problem with this product is the plastic is very thin. I didn't open the box right away since I didn't need them until recently, so I didn't know that most of the trays in the sealed carton were damaged. When I did use them, the first one I used wasn't broken - until I tried to lift the tray to throw it away after it was used, and then it cracked almost in two! Would not recommend these trays.

You are better off just buying a litter box and litter. /these are shallow and make a mess. Plus, the litter is the old school cheap stuff that doesn't absorb.
