Ridiculously high priced pieces of plastic. Ear replacements for Littmann are a fraction of the price. They work well but what is to be expected? A simple piece of malleable plastic.

Addendum: so these did not for my scope because they were too big and did not have a thread. Solution is to HOLD ON TO YOUR OLD EAR PIECES AND REMOVE AS MUCH OF THE RUBBER AS POSSIBLE. Then you can simply create a snug fit over the old ear pieces. Works perfectly!

Under details it says: "Threaded screw-on eartips, won't fall off." THAT IS A LIE-/-DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I should have read these other reviews that tag these M&$!?& F?!)(?! As liars and saved my money, I pray they get judged for their behavior.
