Excellent ignition.

I lost the keys to my older Harley Davidson sportster. I noticed that it only had a simple 3-wire ignition so I gave this a try. It took about an hour to install, and it works like a charm. I would definitely buy this again.

Buyer Beware - The included keys did not fit the lock! If you buy this, make sure the keys are correct, without delay. Building a motorcycle, I did not get around to discovering this until installing the ignition switch; and by now, the return period is exceeded. I emailed the seller: "Chrome World", unsuccessfully.

I will keep it simple,this item is garbage. It broke after about ten starts . I was stranded and had to be towed. Wish I could slap lawsuit on them.

Installed this on a 2013 Harley Davidson Sportster Custom and I followed the wiring color scheme seeing as they matched (red, red-grey, red-black).
It works great and behaves like the old one (off, accessory, ignition), but the sticker that shipped with it is mislabeled (see pic). For $20, I'm not complaining!
