The media could not be loaded. This breaker is about as simple as you can get: it's not GFCI or Arc-Fault ... it's just a simple breaker. I recently installed several of these in my small Square D sub-panel, and I've used dozens of these breakers in the past in other panels.
I've never once had a dud or a problem with these breakers. They have always worked for me.
Note that not all breakers fit in all boxes. These are Square D and fit those boxes.
