This stuff, combined with barley straw bales really keeps our pond looking clear and clean. I'll go too long without adding the Tetra and I'll see the results of my sin by the buildup of long, flowing algae chains coming from the rocks in my waterfall. Then I'll add the Tetra, pull the algae off and everything will look picture perfect... or at least until I forget to add the Tetra when I'm supposed to once again. I'm including an image of our little pond taken when things are ship-shape.

Great product that does what it says and clears up the pond we have. Due to very hot wheather it had turned very green with a lot of sludge, after treating a couple of times can now see the bottom again as well as water very clear now.
