Soooo much more pleasant to eat than the oil laden varieties of small fish (like sardines from Costco). I Love them in water, and I even pour the entire thing into my salad, because I read once that part of the Omegas are in that water, so not to toss it away. Mackerel is very nice, less fishy than sardines, but they are both good. Anyway, just very glad I can get these on Amazon, cuz I live in HI and things are so much more $ here and not much variety at Costco. I'm happy with this price.
