I purchased this after I accidently broke my other AICOOK carafe. It's a good quality product. The only thing I was disappointing was there was no lever to open the top. You have to pull it off manually. My previous carafe had a lever to open the lid which so so nice! Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.
Excellent, but shaky handle when upside down. Likely only an isolated defect with my specific item.

The size and fit is in my Mr. Coffee espresso maker is perfect, the measurement lines are accurate enough, and it pours well without dripping or spilling down the sides, but the handle is JUST A LITTLE loose feeling.
When holding by the handle while rinsing and turning the carafe updside down, not even applying pressure yet to wash it, it gives a tiny bit, noticeable enough to feel the slightest shift every time, and I worry that it will eventually break free from the handle and shatter in the sink.
I only have one so I don't know if it is a design flaw or merely a random manufacturing defect, but I have considered returning it for an exact item replacement. It is still good enough for its purpose that I want the same exact product again.

I think this is the upgraded version with the imbedded transparent aluminum I saw in Star Trek the voyage home. I placed it up against my ear to see if I could hear whale sounds and coffee spilled all over my body so don't do that. The handle is thick so if an intruder or ex-wife broke into my house while I was making a cup I'd be very confident in swinging this in a defensive manner to protect myself. The only thing I love more then this coffee cup is my collection of Batman cards...the one with Michael Keaton. Before I take the first drink in the morning I ask Mr. Coffee "You ever dance with the devil by the pale moon light?"

Glad I found this. Broke my Carafe after many years of use. I know people will poo poo me on saying this. But my little Mr. Coffee espresso machine makes better brews then either of the high end machines I have had. One was a Breville 15bar and the other a Capresso. I see it is the higher end of the cheap Mr. Coffee machines ($79) Mr. Coffee ECM20 but still better then machines I paid over 450 for. Not much slower either, and I know I have used it for at least 10 years. Probably runs 100 times or more a year. Oh, ya, this was a review of the Carafe, sorry, got carried away
