This was recommended by amazon to purchase with my new Nesco 6 quart roaster, it doesn't fit that roaster. Not worth spending the money to send it back so will see if I can find another use for it...

Every cooked turkey has to come out of the roasting pan. Having a rack under the bird is a must. The rack kept the turkey from sticking to the bottom of the roaster like it was designed. However, it also made it hard to extract the turkey. The rack kept sticking to the meat and it was a struggle to get the rack to let go and the turkey to come out. It was a real mess. The rack would have worked much better if it had handles with which to lift the turkey out of the pan. If you buy one, I suggest you fashion some sort of handles so your turkey doesn't fall apart from the roaster to the platter. I imagine it would be very helpful if you were cooking a beef or pork roast even if it did stick to the rack a little.
Doesn't fit 13" granite toasting pan

I bought this for the 13" granite roasting pan and was disappointed that it didn't fit although it was the one recommended. I ended up having to buy a 15" pan and it fits perfectly. Now I just need to find a rack that will fit in the 13" pan 😕
