Works, but plan on multiple applications. Forget the instructions for
maximum effect -- put the applicator in, pull it out after 5 sec, hold it
to the wart until you can't stand the pain anymore. Also a bit pricey
for liquid nitrogen/CO2.

It's okay. My daughter had a wart on her elbow. We used it as directed and after multiple uses the wart is still there, although smaller. We will probably go to the dermatologist to take care of her wart since this didn't seem to do the trick.

Worked great for me I have no idea why people say it doesn't work unless they did it wrong maybe you should look up how doctors do it and do it that way its all I can say

This did not work for me. Even after multiple treatments, the wart still lives.
I'm moving on to tea tree oil and bandaids, which manynpeopke says works well.
