An Altogether Pleasant Experience

I really appreciate this small glass cruet. It's a lovely design, and is functional one-hundred percent of the time.

It's also elevated the experience of pouring olive oil over of my daily salad. It dispenses just the right amount, and if I want a bit more oil I shake it slightly. It allows me absolute control over how much is dispensed, and just as other reviewers have said, there are no spills, no oil on my hands and no oil dripping down the sides of the bottle.

It's an altogether pleasant experience.
Perfect cruet in every way!

I would give this 10 stars if I could! I've had mine for over 5 years for olive oil, which we use daily. It has never once dripped or clogged; it's functioned perfectly. Before I bought this, we would try to sprinkle olive oil on our pans and foods directly from the huge bottle, always using way too much (unnecessary calories and a waste of expensive olive oil). My kids use this to drizzle olive oil on their tomatoes and pastas, and we all use it to drizzle a little olive oil onto our pans before cooking. I just bought my second cruet to use for canola oil. It's small, which I like, and we refill it every week or so. It's also super cute. Buy this, great product!!!
Not as good as before

I have bought this bottle 5 times, it really helps to add oil or soy sauce in a small amount and keep the kitchen clean. The down side is it's too fragile (that's why I bought so many time), and expensive. Unfortunately there is no similar product from other places. This time it arrived cracked, I exchanged it, and the second time it arrived although usable the bottle neck is slanted, and the frosted glass on the neck is poorly made. It is not as well made as before. I may have to go to other choices if this one breaks.
On the picture the one with soy sauce in it is an earlier version.
it's made of glass throughout so no chemical reaction with vinegar or say sauce, so safer for our body.

It's very thin, but it is okay because it's small. If it is much bigger, it will be considered to be too thin. The design is not so great because it looks like the tools in a chemistry lab. But the good thing is that it's made of glass throughout. No plastic. No metal. I use it for vinegar and soy sauce in addition to olive oil, so I didn't want to use plastic, metal, or acrylic because these materials interact with acid or salt. So, I bought three of them and keep them on my dining table. What I need is a nice elegant-looking little tray that can hold them securely, and placed on my dining table.
Beautiful, lightweight, easy to grip, doesn't drip

Love this cruet. I bought one for my mom and I use one at home. The pour is very controlled and it doesn't drip or leak. If you have smaller hands or feel like those thicker and heavier cruets may one day slip out of your hand, this is perfect. It is made of glass and extremely lightweight. While it's lightweight may be due to the cruet being made of thinner glass and the sound it makes when you place it down on your kitchen counter top is much less reassuring than the deep thud one hears when placing say a wine bottle on the kitchen counter, the cruet is very well balanced (not easy to tip over) and has survived almost a year in two kitchens with no chips or breakage and going strong. I am thinking of buying two more either this size or larger, one for my mom and one for my home, to put canola oil as we use both canola and olive oil.
