Nice good gauge screen. But the panel widths actually measure 23 1/4" instead of full 24". They barely overlap for closure. The 24" panels would have made a perfect fit/closure. Just allow a couple extra inches on the width and you will be pleased with this product.

Went to the Condar website, sized a rod/valance kit and screen, ordered through Amazon. The quality of the screen is not great, but it's acceptable. Frankly, it's as good or better than anything you're going to find near this price point. Kind of from the measure twice, cut once school of thought... would definitely recommend going to the Condar website and following their screen sizing instructions... we did and ours fit perfectly. Every once in a while the screen sort of temporarily snags on the rod/valance when sliding it open/closed, but it's not a showstopper. It definitely does it's job and stops sparks/embers from escaping the fireplace. Bottom line, the quality could be a little better, but it's totally functional and looks good once installed.
