I bought these for dipping homemade marshmallows at Christmas. I found it smooth, easy to temper and just plain delicious. I had one bar left over and ate it just for fun. I would definitely buy these again.

This is simply really tasty chocolate. My wife asked me not to buy it anymore since it is too good. Even though it is "baking chocolate", it is tastier than most candy bars!
