I don't know if these fly at all. I used it for a craft project and it worked just fine for that. The wood grain is nice and they are well balanced and the surface is smooth.

We got this for our son for Christmas. He was really excited about it because it is the only thing he asked Santa for. He was disappointed with it becuase it never came back to him. I guess I would recommend buying a book on how to use a boomarang.
