This 65lb magnet strength has worked very well for me as a gun mount. I just used some black electrical tape over the raw magnet side, and secured it under a desk, and then stick the top of my gun to it... for easy access. My only concern now, is .... why the price has DOUBLED! I bought TWO, for $7.18 last year. Was about to buy a couple more... but now that I know what I'm looking for, I'm sure I can find it for a fraction of this price at a local hardware store. Thanks though!
Not as strong as I hoped

I thought this would be much more powerful. I ended up having to purchase the 112 lb magnet and even it is not quite as strong as I would have hoped.
Though firm in its placement it removes easily for cleaning and does not have any fussy

Such a simple product helped me solve a vexing problem -- water escaping the shower curtain and ending up on the bathroom floor. This magnet holds the curtain closely to the tub so, despite elbow and knee movement, it stays right in place and keeps shower water where it belongs. Though firm in its placement it removes easily for cleaning and does not have any fussy, "decorative" elements to make it stand out. Performs as described; I recommend it highly.
Works great as a side-gate prop

I glued this to a landscape block wall, and use it to prop my gate open. It directly comes in contact with the gate at the corner, and has just the right amount of hold. The wind can't blow it off the magnet, and it doesn't take much force for me to pull it off.
