The receipt of my e-mailed registration has not been acknowledged by the company! I question the efficacy of customer care!

I removed the secure pins prior to following Step 1 in the instructions. It really does take 2 people to open it up. I removed the pins because the tension felt too great during an attempt to open it and because I didn't want to damage the pins.
It is put together correctly and I've used it. I believe it will be a great indoor exerciser and good for my cardio. I have CAD and PAD with 2 stents ON MY HEART but I am fit and slim. Using this rebounder is a lot of fun.
2 negatives: the assembly instructions could be better and the website for the company has not acknowledged my registration, so I doubt the quality of the warranty and their "Customer Care."

This is one of my favorite purchases ever. I use it for stress relief, fun, and sometimes for exercise. You can use it indoors or outdoors, it's not very loud ( if you have downstairs neighbors would be much better over a firmly secured carpet).
I'm also happy it doesn't sink or rebound too fast, meaning it has strong springs for adults. Definitely not meant for children, get one with a bar for them (they'd also be too light to rebound high on this- check the weight requirements)

We purchased this to have to exercise when it rains for the entire family and to bounce to get our lymph nodes to drain well and to improve our overall health. It arrived very fast and in excellent condition. We assembled it rather fast but, the wrap around silver cover was very hard to put on you need two people in order to get on that is our only complaint. Otherwise it was economical and has worked out great. Very happy with my purchase and fits right under my bed so its easy to store and take out when needed. Lots of fun and great exercise.

Product arrived early, well packaged, assembly was pretty easy many people thought it was difficult to assemble. I had no problem once I kneeled on one end and pushed the other end towards the floor it simply locked into place. Get help if you can. The more difficult job was to stretch the cover around the trampoline , needed help with that. I am surprised at the quality of the product. I may want to upgrade someday but for now I am very happy with this product . Cant wait to see how this can benefit my health. The cover rubs against the locking pins I used cloth as a buffer to keep from tearing, not a big concern

I have no idea why someone would pay $200 for one of these trampoline's. It's actually mind boggling. I have used very expensive ones, and can't understand for the life of me why they even exist. This one was super cheap, and is amazing. I have used it almost every day since I first got it for rebounding/lymph drainage, and the thing is incredible! This is the only thing you need, if you are also looking to gain the health benefits of rebounding. Awesome!
