I've used this in the past and it is doing a stellar job now as well. It allows me to do the best possible job I can. I solder a lot and this Panavise allows me to move quickly through all the functions I need to get the job done. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a third hand for their projects.

Does the trick and works very well. Solid build. I use this to mount the vice on a tripod and hold heavy items for filming. It works great.

Love the ability to turn and swivel it in any direction.
Holds securely, and it protects any object you want from scratches and unwanted bends as happens on metal jaw vises.
Also a lot more portable than a regular metal vise.
Looks sturdy enough.
