Only issue was, they didn't tighten the caps on the gallon jugs before taping them. They did seal the gallon jugs in separate plastic bags which is a good thing because they did leak a bit. They arrived with the caps taped but forgot to tighten them before taping.

Very pink. The first one we bought year or so ago was just like the product picture. The one we just bought in July 2021 is aggressively pink (almost hot pink). Will try to add a picture showing how pink it is. Great deal if it was still the light pink as that is shown on Amazon.

To be honest I bought it a few months ago and didn't use it till this week and it's a pretty good hand soap, I don't use lotion or any type of skin care products so I like the fact that it doesn't leave your skin ashy haha
