I bought this to replace a similar type of panel that was held together by spring tension. It kept falling (from our ceiling) and was a nuisance. This one has done the job excellently. I followed the instructions and used a caulk gun with an adhesive and had it up within 5 min. After allowing it time to cure, I inspected it and it's solidly in there. I am happy.
