I've used this soap all of my life, and my Dad did before me, for those times when I've been painting, gardening or working on the car. It's not a soap for the entire body due to the pumice it contains, but it can also be used as an occasional face defoliator. Although I've tried most of the other 'work soap' products, I've never found anything better than this.

I use my hands a lot in a variety of situations that expose my hands to dirt, grease, paint, bacteria (diapers) and fungus (elder care).This is my favorite soap now. I suspect that the soap has a dye in it that makes the rinse seem dirty cause even when my hands are clean the rinse looks dirty. On the other hand, maybe they are much stronger than I think.
