Don't waste your money!

It's hard to zip and unzip. It's big and bulky which would be fine if it did its job well. It does not! The plastic pages are not well made and you can not double movies or CDs front and back like it shows. Just don't waste your money. Buy something else.

Sadly, I was spoiled. I own several of the same capacity CaseLogic PSBS Sports binders which are now discontinued.
Smaller capacity allows binders to sit easily on a bookshelf and don't have the problem where the weight overwhelms the capacity of the rings.
Both my old model and this BNB-24 model offer binders that are easy to hold and well stitched. Both use the ProSleeve inserts that are solid, secure, soft and include a label space. Both maintain the idea of a binder, instead of a wallet, allowing the moving around of the protector pages. Yet, this BNB model has round steel rings that don't work as well as the "D"/rectangular rings on the older model. And, as the rings are round, the pages in the middle of the stack push out against the zipper. These rings also allow for fewer additional insert pages. The case itself is about a half inch narrower as well.
I'll buy only a few of the BNB-24 binders, and mourn.

Update: Ok, I bought 3 here. They're fine, and the designated vendor here sent them immediately, too.

Good size, good quality, good price. No problems.

This binder has three metal rings to hold the sleeves, each sleeve having spaces for a total of eight CD, DVD or BluRay discs.
There is a version that holds more discs, but I find it more cumbersome to carry and not as easy to use; this is perfect
The sleeves are easy to move around if you organize discs by some category or other. The whole thing is robust without being cumbersome; the handle and the zip closure makes the binder easy to carry securely.
I usually prefer to shop in retail outlets in the "real world", but there are some things that are difficult to find or simply unavailable. Every store I have been to seems to have replaced the 3-ring style of binder by ones with a plastic (nylon?) system.
I avoid the new system because the new binders are not as rigid and the sleeves are not as easy to flip over or relocate.
The sleeves are different and not interchangeable between the two systems. Having said that, I've had no problem finding replacement sleeves for the three-ring system.
Some other reviewers have described a problem with the sleeves; the discs are inserted along the side, which causes problems when carrying the binder because the discs can slide out of the sleeves. I'll make two comments about that problem.
I've found that the sleeves only loosen up that much after a few years of use.
This binder is like the others I have. It has a zipper that runs around three of the sides; it's reliable and easy to use. It's there to make sure nothing drops out. If the zipper sticks, as most do, simply apply some silicone lubricant to its teeth.
Some others have found the sleeves too tight which makes it difficult to insert and remove the discs. I imagine they aren't the ones who have had the discs slide out when carrying the binder.
I've had no problems moving the discs; it's snug but not too tight, but the more you take a disc out and put it back it gradually loosens up a little. I've had no problems with scratched discs, but I check each disc before I put it back to make sure there's nothing on the surface. There hardly ever is.
To sum up, this binder is well made and does its job well. And my pocket likes the price. I've ordered another.

Non-standard sized sleeves

I don't know if I just happened to buy CD binders in the past that had non-standard sized sleeves pages (I have 2 other binders that are both the same size and are easy to buy additional sleeve pages for), but all the extra sleeve pages I have are too big for this binder so what it came with is what I get. I also don't love the side-loading pockets (my other sleeve pages are all top-loading). But it works well enough. And the binder holds about 90% of my CDs (but not the CD liner notes - the sleeve pockets are too small for those), so there's that.
The only binder I will buy for my DVD's

I love these Case Logic CD/DVD Binders. I have other ones that are this style except koskin (faux leather) instead of nylon material.
Case Logic discontinued those unfortunately so I started to buy these nylon ones.
I have a serious massive DVD collection 4000 and counting last I checked.
These are personally my favourite way to keep my dvd's.
I love that it zips all the way around and that there is a handle. As well I appreciate that these come with the 3 ring binder dvds sleeves.
They are easy to transport and look nice on my shelf. They are more than worth every penny.
These came within the shipping estimate time frame. They were packaged in a heavier plastic wrap which I appreciated.
I will be buying many many more of these in the future, and I know I will be just as happy as I always am.
If you have a lot of DVD's I personally think these are great for storage. My koskin Case Logic DVD Binders have lasted for 5 years, and I use them all the time. The quality is really very good.
