Love it.. I added this to my bar sink in the basement. Piping was easy, setup was easy. I would recommend this to anyone who want to add a sink in the basement without going through expense of underground piping. I installed the 1" discharge piping using 1" PET, which is flexible. Just make sure you have the proper drain slope and follow the manufacturers installation instructions. Also, you should purchase the alarm sensor for $50.

We just upgraded out basement into an accessory apartment for my daughter and this was a vital part to making that possible. We have this installed in her kitchen and it handles all the crap that comes from the sink and dishwasher. It's relatively quiet (it's a pump, so you will get a little noise) and installation seemed pretty straightforward (our builder put it in but I didn't hear his helper cursing, which was a pretty good indication that the installation went without a hitch!).
All in all a great solution for basement kitchen installations where small particles and grease may be an issue for other water pumps.

Savior of the water drainage system. Small and good looking and can be placed anywhere. Does make intermittent gush of water sound when it pushes the jet out through the 1" outlet pipe. Each push last about 2 seconds. 6months in and so far so good. Cannot complain.
