Colorful, Durable, Great Tone, Fun for the Whole Family!

These bells are perfect for children of all ages. They are so beautiful and durable with a lovely clear tone. (These are not bell-choir quality, but perfect for everyday family and group use.) The children enjoy playing them all year long, but especially at Christmastime. Sometimes we let each person have one or two bells, and we all make music together - each playing as their note comes up - ringing them like hand bells. Sometimes we line them up on the table where one person can play an entire song all by themselves using them as desk bells.

Like so many other reviewers, I was sent the wrong bells. I ordered the 20 hand/desk bell set, but was sent a set of hand bells that do not double as desk bells. Now I have nothing to use for my event tomorrow. Also, the bells sent to me are kind of hard to ring. You have to shake them pretty hard to make them ring (easy for a big kid or an adult, but not so easy for my toddlers).

Using these at a retirement home. The residents LOVE that they can use the bell via the handle (traditional use) or the button on top. Good tones, clear sound. Durable

The price was amazing and the bells sound wonderful. My family immediately, including the every too busy 18 year old, began to play with them. We played several songs that I had alreay recievd the sheet music for handbells for. I bought these for my Primary Music Leader calling in church. Howevery, 4 months later I was called into another auxillary and did not have a chance to let the kids play with them. But my family will enjoy them.

Very disappointed to receive only 8, not 20 bells. This is the problem with 4 of the 36 reviews, or 11%. Disappointing that I need to print a label, drive to a UPS store to return the item, and then reorder to get these. Quality control needs improvement. I did try one out, and it rings beautifully. I also like that they can be used two ways.
