These look like very nice totes, but they are not very rugged. I plan to put 2 of them in my pickup bed to carry all the junk I used to place on the backseat floor. Will see how they last. I was surprised by how thin and cheap the plastic is. One of the totes came with the upper corners and handle broken off, pieces lying in bottom of box. This clearly happened during packaging when they jammed all the totes into box. Tote is still useable, but will reserve it for carrying items inside vehicle. Indicates that you really cannot secure these boxes. The corner holes are for securing the box to vehicle with ropes or chain, but a child could just insert a screwdriver into holes, twist and easily break off the corners. The upper lids have cheap foam inserts at edges to help seal out weather--will have to see how they hold up to prolonged outdoor exposure. I'd really rather not have to keep removing the totes to the garage to avoid damage. Overall, nice totes but probably not intended for my purposes. I should have looked harder and been willing to spend the $$ for a higher quality item. I have some long trips coming up and will update my review and let you know how they performed.

the product overall is pretty good: sturdy, clean, easy to handle. the missing star is due to missing steel buckles. it was delivery at school for end of school packaging and I was not aware of the missing parts. I really didn't want to return the units so amazon gave me credit for the steel buckles (thank you amazon) but I still have an issue with the missing buckles. other then this, I would buy them again and pay attention to the buckles

We got these to move. Although that is generally unpractical, we are a little bit prepper so we ordered knowing that we would be able to use them later. They worked great to move food, clothes, blankets, etc while it was raining since we were using my husbands pick up truck. In the future, since they are water tight, we are going to use them to store food in for our bug-out stuff. Definitely good sized for almost anything.

My boxes arrived without any damage. They actually look really sharp and feel well made. They are much sturdier than the Sterilite boxes sold at Walmart and Target. There's a foam insert to keep out moisture. I def feel safe storing clothing and other things with these in my outdoor storage room.

I was a little worried about them arriving intact, based on the review, but they came in perfect shape and are already full and in storage. I only wish they sold them as a pair as well. I could use a couple of more, but 4 is too many.
