Five stars seems kind of funny since that correlates to "I love it" which seems like overkill what these things are. They're replacement ear buds for 3M stethoscopes. They do their job well and as expected. I have a Littman Cardiology III stethoscope.

Purchased these ear pieces to use on my stethoscope and they are just what I wanted. My ears tend to itch and stay sore lately so these are gentle on the inside of my ears. Cannot use the hard formed ones, but these are super comfortable!

Soft and seal well, I hate hard ruff edged ear pieces these are great, only thing I don't like they have a tendency to come loose you need to make sure they are screwed tight or they may come off and get lost, only reason I gave them a 4 star rating.
