I Just got mines and it seems like it's going to be a lot of fun but I agree with all the other reviews that the pins do need to be heavier. I'm hoping Sand can be added to them. I haven't checked yet I'll give an update.

This was purchased for my mother's memory care unit. They (patients)think tthathe ball is too heavy, which it may be, for people with their condition. I do know that they love playing with the set, the care coordinator plans on getting a lighter ball. They were thrilled to have something new which might help get those involved that wanted to play (anything to get them moving). I have not seeing the set yet, but I'm sure it has brought some happiness to the unit.

OMG! I've been looking for a good bowling set for my son. These are soooooooo much nicer than the plastic sets you can but locally. The pins are much bigger and weighed so they don't fall over so easily. The bowling ball is way bigger and I love the material! All of my kids love this and they are ages 6, 8 and 11.
