I was looking for a good torque wrench and happened to stumble on this one. Good thing I did made in the USA all the specs on the certificate are with in a few pounds really nicely built. Works great as well. Highly recommended.
Wrench doesn't fit case when turned down to lowest setting

UPDATE: Upgrading one star since learning the wrench can safely be stored at 20% or less of max rated torque (so 50 ft-lbs for the 30-250 ft-lb version I bought). This one won't get 5 stars because I believe the tool should still fit the case if you choose to dial it down to the lowest setting, i.e. 30 ft-lbs.
Previous review: I'm perturbed enough to get off my lazy posterior to write a review. When the tool arrived today I was excited because I had been "getting by" with a Husky version of the same type (30-250 ft-lbs). I was surprised, upon opening the case, that the torque handle had not been zeroed out for storage and transport; but after I set it to zero, the tool no longer fit the plastic case. Are you serious? Are these tools the Snap-On "oops, better put it in the CDI pile" type? The handle also feels looser and chincier than my allegedly "inferior" Husky. I'd send it back if it wasn't such a pain to do so from my APO address. Sheesh...very frustrating!

Worked great installing my rear axle nut back on my Ducati Monster 1200 S. My only issues with this product is you can't give it to the Snap-on truck to service it. I wanted a Snap-on Torque wrench. Yes this is the same thing but its branded as CDI so the truck doesn't take them. Still good though.

Pretty simple review; if you would prefer a high quality long lasting tool, particularly one that comes with a certificate of calibration, and you're willing to pay for it, this is your choice. It's less expensive than the "Snap-on" name for a nearly identical product. If you are instead willing to permit some discrepancy in the torque you apply to whatever it is you're fastening, and/or replace the wrench from time to time, then buy a cheaper option. I use mine on brake calipers, and expect it to last a very long time, so spending the little bit extra for that piece of mind was worth it.
