So far, moved a 360 pound refrigerator with it. Works great. Very happy. Rear wheels are a life-saver, and easy to deploy and retract even when you already have a load on it. Glad that it has solid rubber tires so they can't get soggy or flat. Love it!

I purchased this hand truck specifically to move Gun Safes I have already moved 2 safes - 1 @650 lb. and the 1@350 lb.
I was able to move the latter of the two by myself. The 650 lb safe required another set of hands.
The kick out legs worked fine, but I will agree with SWT that it would be better if they were repositioned to lean a bit further backwards.
I ordered the: Super Wheel 10" Pneumatic Rear Appliance Truck Option and believe this will solve that issue.
I will update once I put it to use with the hand truck.
As far as strap placement goes: I have found ratcheting cargo straps to be my best friend when moving items.
They come in many sizes and lengths to meet any and all needs. And are very inexpensive to purchase.
Adding a second set of straps during manufacturing may increase the cost to such a degree that would not be beneficial to product sales.
Extremely Heavy Duty product with no flex in the metal moving 650 lb item.

Couldn't have moved without it!!! We have a 3,000 sq ft house with a safe and we usually have to search down a person that can move a 800 lb safe but this time nope. Best thing I've ever bought.

Good hand truck for flat surface and going down stairs but hard to go up stairs-needs addition help. Leaves marks on carpet.
