Not a heavy-duty product, fell apart when I went to use it with my impact as I had seen others do with nicer products. Was a little bummed, although I will admit I probably torqued on it harder than I should have. Good for just driving in screws, but not designed for high torque.

Fell apart after a few minutes the first time I used it. The retainer rings popped out on both sides and after putting them back in it did the same thing again
Stopped working after first use

I bought this from Ace Hardware (no refund) and it stopped working after about 15 minutes of use. I think the bearings just went bad. Now it just clicks and doesn't spin anymore. It would be an awesome tool, if the quality was better. For now, it's completely useless.

i used this adapter couple of time. And during exploitation its come lose and lose, finally the bearing system was broke.
