There is a dent in my portfolio and it's not acceptable! I did not fully open the package until now because I am using it for my graphic design graduating portfolio, and I wanted to keep it as pristine as possible. I opened it today to realize it is not pristine! I know this is a high quality brand, and I expect a perfect portfolio especially when it's $80. I need this portfolio replaced ASAP!!

Nice and sturdy for years of collecting a child's memorable items as they grow. The 11x17 is large enough to fit their papers and craft items made in school. I would have given it 5 stars, but it only had two holes for the binding screws and posts. I had to drill out the center hole.
