This gong is small and compact. It's great for making a grand entrance into bars, restaurants, and nursing homes. This is also good for waking up that guest that has overstayed there welcome and corrective behavioral tool for small kids and animal training.

Excellent product. Second time I've ordered, and will buy again. The sound is fantastic. Can be played with beater or a bare hand. Twist on string, strike, and let spin while ringing... what a trippy sound! The string requires some installation, but poke it through with a nail, tie off, maybe enlarge the hole in the beater if you have trouble, and your in business. Wonderful display piece and a great musical instrument!

This is a nice addition to my zen patio & garden. Looks and sounds great; lower pitch than expected, full sound, very loud when I want it to be loud, excellent when lightly struck, gives about 15 seconds of echo when tapped, a variety of sounds can be produced. I like how it says nothing on it like "Zildijian" or "Wuhan", that would be screwing up my Feng Shui, just plain is best. Shipped very fast. Striker and rope hanger thingee included. I love this gong and I just know my neighbors do too, especially about 11pm on weeknights. PS: mine was $42.
