This is my second Watch Dog I have had like this. It is great the other one saved me from getting my basement flooded 4 times. Put a price on that. I had it for so many years I can't begin to remember when I got it. So when it died I went right after another. I have praised this pump to anyone who will stand still and listen to me.

Can't ask for a better back up sump pump. Gives you all sorts of warnings, when it goes off, battery low, power loss. I have finally replace our old watch dog after 12 years. A must when your sump pump goes off every 15 minutes in the spring and early summer time.

I have a garage that occasionally will flood during heavy rains because the garage is at the end of the driveway and the garage end of the driveway is about 5 feet lower than street level. Such flooding would occur 1 or 2 times a year and would last for less than 1/2 hour. I needed a pump that would turn on automatically when water was present, had a battery backup and would tell me that it had activated. This unit does all this and has worked flawlessly for almost 2 years now.
