Great Its Made in U.S.A.

I have an issue but no huge deal. It was resolved within 2 weeks. Dave was very professional when we exchange email in discussing the problem. It came with courtesy strings.
If you're a tennis buff you must have it because I'm not satisfied the way they re-string my 2 tennis racquets. They don't follow my tension specifications. My main string (60 lbs.)has difference tension with cross string (50 lbs.). I noticed it on slice served, main string are displaced.
I'm 3.0 - 3.5 level and I feel it when I serve. With this equipment, I could change my string anytime I want. I strung my first racquet 60 lbs main (16 gauge) and 50 lbs. cross (17 gauge) and I used it Friday, May 5/17, its awesome on flat and sliced serve (no string displacement on both strings). I used the Klippermate Ultimate Hybrid strings they provided -silver power burst & black zyex cross.
This is a great equipment must have for the price and made in the Elgin, IL

I've strung probably a dozen rackets by now. Really develop a good feel for the elasticity of the string (or lack thereof). The included long-nose pliers were not so sweet, but the vise-grip like clamps are great. I can now do a full two-piece string job in 40 minutes if i focus and hustle. Its great. Paid for itself already.
Great starter kit

Overall a great starter kit for beginner/novice stringers. Aside from the machine, you get tools, manual, stringing guide and sample strings. Haven't used them but looking forward to it. Instructions are great, and stringing becomes easy the more you practice. Strung 5 of my racquets already, so I've had to clean the clamps and jaws from the silicone in the strings. Cleaning was also easy. Just have to be careful...I've dropped the weight a couple of times and scuffed my racquet/s and scuffed them also using the awl due to tight poly strings. But the machine was fine and did the job. Have mastered two piece stringing, looking forward to other methods like one-piece and ATW stringing. However, I wish there was a book on stringing patterns because I have a couple of older racquets.

Great machine. My son breaks string every week and the guy at the tennis club who does our restringing suggested for us to buy this particular model and save money in the process. I watched some videos at YouTube and we decided to give it a shot. One of the best decisions we have ever taken regarding the matter. Ease to use and WORKS just fine, I highly recommend this machine to any serious tennis player who is tired of replacing strings frequently; you will save tons of money and time. Once you come to the point that you are comfortable with the stringing process using this machine you come up with your exact specifications that work for yourself.

I have strung 3 racquets so far and the instructions are clear and the klippermate is fairly easy to use. The dropweight system is not difficult and appears to provide a consistent tension. No issues or concerns after one month of use.
