Buy something else that comes with shelves (or from a company that lets you buy them)

The point of this is storage and as the picture suggest you will probably want or need shelves. This is used for storage after all.
Unless you are looking to store things without shelves, do yourself a favor and buy a different brand that actually
1) comes with shelves
2) let's you buy them.
I regret buying this. Today I finally went to figure out the shelves. It will take several hours of time, so figure out what your time is worth. A trip to Home Depot, find someone to help cut some plywood and get it all home. Now, Home Depot can cut squares but of course this cabinet requests the corners to be cut at 45 degrees which they cannot do. So now you need to figure how to cut that yourself...or you can cut them by hand with the saw in Home Depot.
I asked the company if I can buy the shelves and they just said I have to make them. What a missed opportunity for them to make some money selling shelves for their storage unit.

As Expected - Not Too Difficult to Assemble - Hoping it Holds Up Against Weather

This was delivered as promised, and it's a big, heavy box, so I appreciated that the delivery company pre-scheduled the delivery and dropped it at the location where I was setting it up (in the back yard of our house) - otherwise, it would have been difficult for my husband and I to get it back there by ourselves. I had read some of the reviews, so decided to put a foundation down first to add a bit of stability and hopefully allow it to stay dry inside (we used brick pavers, since we had recently redone out patio and had a bunch left over). I would guess it took my husband about 3+ hours to assemble in full, but it wasn't difficult. He needed me to be there for some of it because I had to hold some pieces firmly together as he drilled the screws in. I was probably out there a total of 20 minutes, while he was able to do the rest by himself. Overall it seems pretty spacious, sturdy and well made, and I like that I can put a lock outside. I'm most curious to see how dry it remains during our Florida downpours and how it holds up over time - we'll be mostly storing our patio furniture cushions inside, and I don't want them to get moldy or the critters to make a cozy home in there. If there are problems, I'll be sure to come back and re-review. But so far on day one after assembly, we're happy with the purchase.
Perfect for below the fence!

This piece is perfect for hiding behind a standard privacy fence. Its quite easy to put together if directions are followed. Some directions may be missing or unclear but if using pictures from sheet you will be fine. Put this together alone in a few hours.
Sturdy, strong, roomy and love the slide top with lock.

Perfect for our swimming pool gear
Mr. Deeds✓ Verified Purchase•August 5, 2016
I needed a pool room for our swimming pool but this Rubbermaid storage box was the next best thing until I can save up some money to expand the house a bit. All of the gear needed to clean, maintain the pool fit inside -- along with our swim boards, masks, fins and balls. There's a place to lock it closed but we have it in our back yard so don't want to add a padlock.
Assembly, while a little awkward since the pieces are so large, was a bit challenging since I did this alone -- with two people it would have been much easier. I just didn't feel like waiting for my wife to get home. :-)
I recommend this sturdy Rubbermaid storage box.
